There are 143 fully furnished apartments between 25m² and 42m² available for guests. You can stay at Rioca as long as you like, one night, one week or several months.
The apartments are equipped with a rain shower, own kitchenette including kitchen utensils, balcony and SmartTV. In the community area, in addition to the breakfast area and bar, there is also a fitness room, which guests can use free of charge. The roof terrace offers an incredible view over Munich, which on sunny days even extends to the Alps.
